Most of the agents just put up the FOR SALE banner on the house that is good but will the agent advertise your home in different ways? Like on Facebook and other social sites. Observes the agent’s strategies and ask in detail.
What’s your sold-to-list-price ratio?
This number will tell you how close the agent has come to asking price. Aim high price in such cases. Buying a home is a lifetime transaction finding a good agent will make your work go smooth.
